Complete the job even though it's hard

The harder the job, the more skills are required, and the harder the competition there is fighting for the same resource.

If the job was easy, everyone would do it. If it was hard, a group of people would do it. Even if it was impossible, one person would choose to do it.

It's not the competition that drives the last person but completion.

The more job completions, the more path they open up, and the easier it is to move forward.
