Getting over mental slump by using inversion
Getting out of a mental slump isn’t easy. It’s an unwelcoming challenge.
How did we get into this slump, to begin with? Was it from an outside or an inside factor?
The emotional weight of the burden is extremely heavy, and lifting it is not physical, but mental.
Admitting that the burden exists is essential.
The solution prior to external help is by using inversion - to do the opposite of what you are doing or thinking that can make the burden worse.
