Let's go

Let’s go! But where?

There are days that’s not your day. Maybe you didn’t get enough sleep in the evening, maybe it’s gloomy outside. You’re looking to tackle all the tasks on the to-do lists but you don’t have the energy to do it at the moment. Thinking about it makes you overwhelmed.

Exceptional performers I’ve studied, many of them learn to master the art of “let’s go”. I remember watching a clip of Tom Brady running toward the crowd and yelling, “Let’s go!”. Me on the couch, it’s subtle, but in the mind, it’s driven.

Let’s go write that script, make that call, build that product, and deliver the service.

“Let’s go” improves the process, makes the team move forward, makes the organization move forward.
