RISE
Joyel asked the audience, "What does success mean to you?"
"It depends," I said. "When you're young, success can be getting an allowance from your parents so you can buy the next toys and treats." Later, it could be winning the championship with your soccer team, getting a college degree, getting a job, getting a raise, or starting a business. And so forth.
Success means different things to different people, depending on where you are in life and what you want to be.
The speaker suggested using her formula, R-I-S-E:
Reflect - Identify -Strategies - Execute.
This formula helped her get back from a life-threatening surgery and continue her mission to help more people succeed in life.
My favorite part is to execute.
Thanks, Joyel.
