I was listening to The Knowledge Project podcast on my phone. The episode was about decision-making. Reid Hoffman was on the show.

Mr. Hoffman talked about how the things that made him successful may not get him to the next success.

You’ve got to rely on the willingness to learn new things along the way.

Yes, everything we've learned has made us who we are, but not who we will become. Today's success is different from tomorrow's success. Today's success was made a long time ago, but tomorrow's success is hard to predict. Right now, at the moment, what are we doing?

Well, we've got to keep swimming and learn as we go.
