The bigger the group, the harder it is to manage because each person has to deal with a lot more variables.

At some point, people can lose track of their responsibilities.

The more people involved, the less authority the work has and the lower its quality.

We often ask, "How many people do we need to do this work?"

But a better question should be, “who is the person in charge?”
