Why does teaching seem easy for some people, but not for others?

Many believe that teaching requires extensive knowledge and experience to effectively instruct a lesson to others. While this is true, it's also possible for someone to teach if they understand a concept thoroughly rather than just memorizing it.

Teaching can take the form of one-on-one or one-to-many. However, teaching to many is more challenging as it requires more than just explanation. One must learn to control the stage, read people's faces, connect with diverse audiences, etc.

The first step to becoming a good teacher is to understand the concept you are teaching, not just memorize it. This can be achieved through exposure to different mediums such as books, videos, conversations, and lectures.

Practice is also key; you must interact with the topic through writing, researching, and talking to people with different backgrounds. Learn to analyze and evaluate their point of view. A person who can teach effortlessly about a topic has likely gone through these processes repeatedly, making it a part of their abilities.
